The M. Group is a boutique brokerage in Phoenix. That word gets used loosely, so here is what it means here. We take few clients at a time. The person you meet is the person who does the work. And nothing leaves this office that we would not want read back to us a year from now.

We have represented Arizona owners and residents since 2014. Through AZ Affordable Rentals we manage homes across Greater Phoenix, handle the inspections and the paperwork most owners would rather avoid, and answer every month to the families living in those homes. A firm that operates what it sells prices a property from what it collects rather than from what it hopes for, and that is the only credential on this page worth anything.

The M. Group has been on Phoenix work for three decades. The mark itself was drawn by Gary Miller in 2002 and we did not redraw it. Its period was never ordinary punctuation: it bounced, it dropped, and it split into a scatter of dots, and that is the part people remembered. Scroll the front page and it still does what it did.
